Carnegie Hall is committed to offering unparalleled concert experiences by the world’s greatest artists, and also to ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, because of a problem in Carnegie Hall’s new ticketing system, some ticket holders for the Sonny Rollins 50th Anniversary Concert experienced delays in entering the concert hall last Tuesday night. Although the issues have been resolved, we deeply regret any inconvenience caused by them.
