Identification Information and Ticket Policies

You must be 35 or younger on October 1, 2007, to take advantage of Club 57th & 7th offers. To receive your tickets, please fax a copy of a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) to 212-247-0284; e-mail it to club@carnegiehall.org; or mail it to:

Tickets will be mailed upon receipt of a photocopy or fax of your ID. If any event in your order occurs with the next ten days, you must visit the Box Office in person and present your photo ID when you pick up your tickets. Tickets are subject to prior sale. Programs and artists are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets. The same seats cannot be guaranteed for each concert. The series cannot be renewed. A maximum of two seats may be purchased per series. Seating is limited and restricted.
