Support Special Events at Carnegie Hall

Each special event at Carnegie Hall depends on underwriting and in-kind donations to produce a successful event.

Underwriting

Underwriters receive unparalleled access to a very accomplished group of New Yorkers. Exposure is available through the following credits:
  • Event program, distributed to all guests (print run per event: 500-1,000).
  • Annual Report, mailed to Carnegie Hall’s donors, subscribers, and Trustees (print run: 4,000)
  • Website
  • Audience: up to 1,000 affluent and influential members of New York City’s social, entertainment, and business communities.
Demographics of Special Event Guests:
  • Affluent and upscale
  • Influential
  • Well traveled (business and pleasure)
  • Highly educated and accomplished
  • Attend performances and benefits frequently
  • Include high-profile executives from banking, real estate, fashion, and entertainment industries

In-Kind Opportunities

In-kind donations are also a great way to showcase your brand to a Carnegie Hall audience by donating an item from your collection to be included in party favor bags.
